So they were reported to have 110 units at the end of 2017, and produce 30 a year. That would make 350. It is not clear if that number includes upgrading and modernizing older variants, or if some older ones have simply been retired. Also unclear (to me) how many of those have been exported.

If I just pull a number of of thin air, allowing for actual numbers being lower, and some retired or exported, maybe 200. If 36 have been video documented as destroyed, and the SBUT is correct about destroying half, then there are about 65 strikes yet to document.

I also assume that when SBU states that reduced the number of „systems in service with the Russian Armed Forces by half“ that means ALL the systems in Russia and occupied Ukraine.

Pantsir appears to the most effective system to protect against long range drones, so the fact that they are dwindling despite producing over two per month is a great sign. I hope SBU or others can also pull off a Spiderweb or similar operation against the chase aircraft staging areas. One helicopter has been struck by the FP-1 or FP-2 it was waiting for in a classic predator-prey reversal.
