Regarding the parade: Zelenskyy is a wise man and has not demonstrated terror tactics yet. I can’t imagine he will. He risks losing the support of his allies and risks enraging Russia’s general population against him, when he needs them to be against Putin.
Armories, bases, industrial factories, refineries, ports, non-commuter trains… these have been and will remain his ony targets. Unfortunately, targets are missed and civilian infastructure is collateral damage as drones & communications aren’t perfect.
What he needs is better intel on targets. If he could find the facilities manufacting the FPVs and shaheds, he’s won. Unfortunately that’s like finding a needle in a haystack.

The Russians are setting up a propaganda campaign to stoke up outrage, that is likely to use false flag attacks because they don’t like the targets that Ukraine chooses – too much destruction of wealth and power instead of random Russians.
Russia needs anger against Ukraine to justify a major mobilization. They lose in months without calling up troops. They lose worse after a mobilization, but it could extend the war by a year.
Puking Putin wants to hang onto power for that extra year, and he is willing for another 500000 Russians to die to give him that year.
I hope there will be fireworks in a Red Square on May 9th
