I think all nuclear world powers have some kind of dead man switch where missiles will automatically launch at destinations. This was brought up after a meteor hit between India and Pakistan. If it had been big enough to cause a large explosion on the ground it could’ve triggered ether country to fire nukes.

It’s more like an excuse. So far israel has always been the aggressor but blamed the others for attacking.

They WILL use them as soon as they feel safe, e.g. iran, turkey out of the way.
