      Don’t swim in Australia and don’t swim in any lakes or ponds in Florida. This is known.

      I was there on the weekend. very sharky looking place. I wouldn’t recommend u visit. horrible spot. bad juju. Place was once a full on coastal rain forest. Was strip mined for rutile. Rain forest never recovered. Just a paperbark swamp now. Place got completely smoked in the bush fires. Beach is scary. Massive rips. Yeh very sharky. Saw heaps of snakes. Theres dingos there if u have small kids. The road in is atrocious if u dont have 4wd. Like actually atrocious . 20 minutes of pot holes and heavy corrugations. Go to Canberra or Adelaide. Theres more to do there. You wont die either.

      I keep being told that statistically shark and bear attacks are very rare. But I’m SURE this feels like at least the third Australian fatality this year alone. Don’t get me started on the bears…
