      The only way that Trump is a unifier is that he unifies other countries against him. They do not see the US as an ally.

      Canada is making trade deals at the G20..Canada.is positioning itself as a „reliable“.trading partner.
      The US is not the only game in town, Canada has been lazy reaching out because the US is just next door but thanks to Trump Canada is now highly motivated to look elsewhere since Trump has thrown our friendship out the window.

      South Africa is a bit weird in that we have always attempted to walk the line between the US,EU and historically antagonistic countries.

      Trump is making us choose and honestly we dont want to.
      We want to sell BMWs made here to USA. Sell our wines to Europe, buy trains from France, cheap manufactured good from china, and services from the USA.

      But if we have to choose, just know economically China is our largest trading partner, followed by EU.
      We wont toss our economy in the dustbin on the whims of our 3rd best partner who called our president to his office to explain a meme he saw.
