      >“The most difficult and further risks are life without freedom, without dignity, without justice, and believing someone who has already attacked us twice,” he continued.

„Dignity“ is a very important concept in Ukraine; they call the 2014 revolution the „Revolution of Dignity“.

This is Zelensky trying to prepare his people for the loss of US support.

The US really has no shame. They want compensation for security guarantees, and 50% of the profits from the reconstruction of Ukraine.

    3. Americans bang on about their constitutions and rights yet roll over and allow a rapist to ruin their country and become Putin’s plaything

    4. Trump has proven to be nothing more than an opportunist in every corner of the Ukraine conflict. He doesn’t care about the value of people‘s lives, he cares about lining the pockets of his evil and corrupt offspring

But Europe’s ready to fill the gap now right? With years of warnings that this will happen….right? Right?

    6. So Putin has something even bigger on Trump, than the Epstein files apparently. America approving and giving land to Russia is just completely bonkers. It would be like America telling Ireland to give even more land to the United Kingdom. I feel like I’m taking crazy pills.

Time for the EU to threaten tariffs on the USA if they don’t support NATO allies.

The only ones losing their dignity, along with any shimmer of hope at redemption, are the US.

And yes, I know, it’s not all of them, but the same can be said of Russia, China or Nazi Germany. At some point it’s the failure of the collective. I haven’t seen any real opposition in the US. Not yet.

It’s not „Trump’s plan“, it’s Putin’s plan. Trump is just the flunky being told to kneel on Ukraine. Putin wouldn’t wait forever to play this card. This was inevitable.

Trump is a corrupt, traitor stooge.

    10. Make no mistake. This is a decision between continuing the fight or annihilation amd continued advance on Europe. As long as Trump is anywhere near this, these are the choices

    11. Zelensky is where Churchill was in WWII. Winston went amongst ordinary people in London subway and asked common folk what should Britain do, fight or surrender. It’s theirs to decide, no one else’s.
U.S.A. and Ruzzia can play with eachother, maybe trade Alaska and California to some area in Murmansk, who gives a fuck. Pathetic and greedy scum.

A peace plan good for Trump and Putin. Europe needs to get more involved or there next.

Hasn’t Trump done this exact dance 3-4 times already?

Every time he, or one of his stooges speaks to Moscow, they come back with the same shitty capitulation deal.

Honestly, fuck this 28 point surrender plan, fight until you either win or are destroyed.

    15. Ukraine must call Trump’s bluff on this.

There is enough internal division on Ukrainian security and Russia to force Trump to back off.

Work with European security partners to help fill the gap until the US dumps the regime or internal pressure builds up enough within the Republican Party to override Trump and the Russian boot kickers .

    16. Giving up the Donbas now would be an offence to every soldier and civilian who lost their lives since 2014.

Surrendering that land means they should have done it as soon as the little green men appeared.

Its more American nonsense, ask them to give up Texas and Louisiana then come back to speak to Ukraine about giving up territory.

This the ‘US will be respected again’ part of Trump’s election story?

      That is going well…

I’m hoping that Europe can step up here, and Ukraine can continue to fight. As soon as Putin’s orange marionette was reinstalled in the US, this situation became a matter of when and not if.

    20. US and Trump does not understand the concept of dignity or how deep is the hate of Ukrainians for Russia.

They, Ukrainians, are in the point where, as that quote says (or whatever it is): „if you have to crawl to live, get up and die.“

And that’s exactly what they’ll do.

At least until Trump or Putin disappear from the picture.

    21. Not just dignity, but also it’s very existence.

The surrender plan would force them to decrease their army and never be able to join NATO.

And all the security ~~guar~~ suggestions would disappear the moment Putin faked an attack on Moscow like he has done before to justify the Chechen war. Then he can restart the war without any sanctions and finish the job.

They would have to be insane to take that deal.

Lot’s of blame to go around here:

      * Feckless EU
      * Weak and indecisive European countries
      * The US as an unreliable partner

It’s phrased wrong: Trump tries strongarms ukraine on behalf of russia to make his friend and blackmailer putin happy

    24. SuperCuse44 on

This isn’t just bad for Ukraine it puts Europe at risk, there’s a non zero chance Russia uses money it gets from the US and Europe when sanctions are lifted to prepare an invasion of Europe.

They wouldn’t even need the rest of Ukraine, they can use a neutral Ukraine as a shield and concentrate forces against the baltics. The baltics don’t have much strategic depth and it would just be a race to the sea to cut them off.

The danger to Europe here is huge. Russia wouldn’t need until 2030, they could move in a year or less before Europe has stiffened its defenses and capabilities without US support.

Even with local air superiority Europe would have a problem with a million Russians rushing for the Baltic along a narrow front. And Russia has shown a willingness to suffer absurd casualties.

    25. US looking out for Russia. Why am I not surprised? Bunch of traitors in office right now.

    26. Give in to Russian demands today and it will back for more a few years later. That’s just how bullies work.

They did not fight this long to appease trump and pootin. Just keep doing what they have been only harder
