What’s the risk? Russia knows that they can stop it at any point and they will be offered „a peace plan“ where they keep stolen land in exchange for no nuclear war.

I don’t understand the constant news that Russia is preparing to attack another country. I mean, they can barely fight against Ukraine, how would attacking another country help with anything?
