This is sort of irrelevant, because of the sample. If you have 10cm of variation, that makes it unreliable data.

Also, I know that there are variations by municipalities, and I would expect this to be Podgorica, so there’s that also (Šavnik tallest, Ulcinj shortest if I remember correctly).
