This is the dumbest thing I’ve read today, but there’s still plenty of time for MAGA to out-dumb itself again.

Supreme Court is, y’know, *supreme.* No lower court can issue a ruling that compels SCOTUS to operate unconstituionally. That’s logically impossible.

In any other country, there would be millions of people protesting every day in the streets.
Biden and Harris were right. Trump would destroy our democracy.
Who would hear their case? Possibly Roberts and SC judges in the end.

„Per one recent [report](https://www.nytimes.com/2025/04/25/us/politics/trump-judges-marshals-threats.html) in the New York Times, federal judges have expressed concern that Trump could direct the U.S. Marshals Service — an executive branch agency tasked with protecting judges and carrying out court orders — to withdraw protection.“
Gee, why would the Justices be worried about losing their protection? They haven’t rendered any controversial opinions in the last 4 or 5 years now have they? Opinions that might be interpreted as biased or unconstitutional?
They got nuttin‘ to be afraid of, right?

I’m so pissed off about all the shit they have thrown out today I could spit. Paula White in a prayer, she asked God to grant Trump “wisdom beyond human understanding and capability, and … **divine dreams**.”
“We call for a **spiritual reset** in our nation, a **return to what is right**, a **reverence for what is sacred, a real alignment with your divine purpose,**” she said.

The judiciary is a co-equal branch of government. The Supreme Court could counter sue and say the judiciary should be in complete control of the executive branch. Congress could do the same as well.

Unless he’s removed, legally or otherwise, Donald Trump will destroy the nation. He’s a danger to your daily life, the health and well being of your family, and his policies are an infringement on your rights…especially the right to life & liberty. The people need to rise and exercise our constitutional rights especially #1 & #2.

is this a joke or just a distraction so they can try to get away with other shady nonsense?
Anyways this is an invalid legal argument and won’t get anywhere in the courts. Also a reminder that Steven Miller is a known xenophobic white nationalist and should be removed from any position of power.

And still, I predict that none of the Trumpers would have a problem with this. All their talk about how much they love the Constitution, with their little pocket copies of it, and their “We The People” tattoos, suddenly think it’s great to do away with checks and balances, due process, and freedom of speech.
They are fucking ridiculous.

in a way, this is glorious, because it is Frankenstein’s monster knocking on his creator’s door and the pounding is getting louder. This is your monster, Roberts- you and all the acquiescing Court who emboldened this fool. He is on your hands now. Reign him in or it will be your ass.

This is what these nazi domestic terrorists do, and have done for decades. They pick apart legal language and find where the weak spots are and exploit them. It’s an old and effective tactic. With stacking the judiciary with fringe right judges as enablers, e.g. suits filed in the Amarillo court where Kazmarek is guaranteed to agree with the arguments, and a long view of victory, our democracy is on its way to the „Fourth Reich“.
It’s not dumb or stupid, it’s a strategy that sneaks itself under the court room doors until it’s dogma.

SCOTUS might want to think about expanding its police force and prepping the Marshall of the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the United States Police (SCUSPD) for a larger (or maybe even unilaterally) role in protecting the SCOTUS justices and perhaps also other federal justices.
