Supreme Court is, y’know, *supreme.* No lower court can issue a ruling that compels SCOTUS to operate unconstituionally. That’s logically impossible.

The judiciary is a co-equal branch of government. The Supreme Court could counter sue and say the judiciary should be in complete control of the executive branch. Congress could do the same as well.

This is what these nazi domestic terrorists do, and have done for decades. They pick apart legal language and find where the weak spots are and exploit them. It’s an old and effective tactic. With stacking the judiciary with fringe right judges as enablers, e.g. suits filed in the Amarillo court where Kazmarek is guaranteed to agree with the arguments, and a long view of victory, our democracy is on its way to the „Fourth Reich“.
It’s not dumb or stupid, it’s a strategy that sneaks itself under the court room doors until it’s dogma.

SCOTUS might want to think about expanding its police force and prepping the Marshall of the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the United States Police (SCUSPD) for a larger (or maybe even unilaterally) role in protecting the SCOTUS justices and perhaps also other federal justices.
