Wird die Präposition „На“ in diesem belarussischen Sprachunterricht politisiert oder ist sie die einzig richtige Form, die Präposition mit Ländernamen zu verwenden?

it’s a bit different context. if you say that like about existence of something, „на“ is a natural thing (на беларусі бог жыве – караткевіч), but when you say about directions, moving and so on, it will be – прыехалі ў беларусь.
