AKA – mass firing of public sector workers and privatizing city and town hall admin/desk work.
Because no one is allowed to have a living wage with humane working conditions anymore.
Nothing has ever gone wrong giving unfettered access to personal information to tech bros…*checks notes.* oh….
Yeah okay let’s put that high-trust society thing to the test
Idiots
Japan the anti EU lol
Are they gonna fax the AI prompts to OpenAI?
They’re way late in the race competing against the Chinese and Americans who have mastered the art of personal data collection… good luck. Japan should focus on their historical strengths, and fix their mess of bureaucracy that plagues their economic development. And that doesn’t have to mean laissez faire capitalism either.
I swear there has been no country on Earth that conservatives haven’t eroded. Incapable of governance.
Always following the USA’s example. Doge gave all our private information to Palantir.
I don’t think they have floppy disks big enough for that 🤔
She intends to pass all of the citizens‘ personal information, including MyNumber, to Palantir?

I will literally leave Japan over this if it comes to fruition
I think she met the head of palantir? That starts to make some sense…
I was at a Development Conference for my Prefectural BOE yesterday, and some of the higher-ups were increidbly sold on AI, they were trying to have us learn about more ways we could intregrate the use of AI into our lesson planning and the like.
I guess that’s not as bad as signing a contract in which a random Japanese citizen suddenly gets transferred possibly life threatening injuries
so they’re going to give all of our medical information to Palantir.
What the fuck Japan you didn’t adopt credit cards until the 2010s but you’re going to go all in on _this_?
Seems like governments all around the democratic world are getting more comfortable doing this shit
Can you become most people friendly first?
It’ll take a few decades to fax it all over.
The surveilance state is on its way.
lol this is so horrible , I really hate boomer cross culture trying undermining future generation across board
Japan techno-fascism
We have just crested a roller coaster without a bottom.
She has lost her damn mind.
that’s absolutely insane wtf
