    They’re way late in the race competing against the Chinese and Americans who have mastered the art of personal data collection… good luck. Japan should focus on their historical strengths, and fix their mess of bureaucracy that plagues their economic development. And that doesn’t have to mean laissez faire capitalism either.

  6. I was at a Development Conference for my Prefectural BOE yesterday, and some of the higher-ups were increidbly sold on AI, they were trying to have us learn about more ways we could intregrate the use of AI into our lesson planning and the like.
