south africa actively gave up and dismantled its nuclear weapons. the former soviet republicans didn’t really possess any nuclear weapons, they were just stationed in their territory. the C&C was russian
Well, Germany could also be marked in blue here.
who would win this hypothetical war
Spain abandoned; Project Islero
i mean you forgot the OG….
Some NATO Nukes placed in Turkey
What about Pakistan ?
Forgot to include French Guiana in France.
I find it scary that the only country that might use nukes in the near future is the one that’s undeclared
Israel should have theirs removed; if Iran cannot have them, then Israel has no right to them.
Taiwan should be added to the countries that abandoned their nuclear program
Definitely incomplete.
Sweden?!?
If Russia and USA can have nukes, why not others like Slovenia, Serbia, Iran, Australia…
PS: In that order 😅
Israel: Iran must never have a nuclear weapon.
Also Israel: shine those warheads boys.
Missed the Swiss 43 year long nuclear program they abandoned in 1988
Pixels op pixels
Syria should be on there, because Israel took care of it in 2007, then Syria stopped trying.
Japan and South Korea had clandestine nuclear weapons programs, both of which were abandoned. They should be blue here.
South Africa was so real for destroying their nukes before the ANC took over. The world cannot thank them enough.
There should be an entire additional category: Countries that don’t have their own nukes, but where nukes are present because they are letting another nation put station their nukes on their soil.
India has not signed NPT but has civil nuclear deals with many countries. Biggest one was with USA in 2000s, which pretty much opened door to importing uranium from pretty much any western country that has it.
I’m more interested in countries that have pixels.
The countries of the former Yugoslavia should also be marked… During the first half of the 1980s, Yugoslavia had a nuclear program or project IKS.
Ummm Israel?
