    1. Not bad! Actually looks very tasteful. Just one thing – the meat in Svíčkova is usually larded, which creates the signuture taste. Very good try however, keep on cooking 🙂

      Looks pretty good. As a tip, the meat should be covered by the sauce. I would also make the sauce a bit smoother/looser/“diluted“.

      Nice, but the yellow stuff is supposed to be smooth liquid sauce, not puree or paste
