But what Trump is really doing is putting pressure on Ukraine so that he can do good business with Putin. For example, he recently revoked a license that had been valid until recently for the production of Patriot air defense missiles for Germany. Germany wanted to produce these air defense missiles that Ukraine so desperately needs, but now they are no longer allowed to do so. And production of these missiles has not been increased enough in America for the Europeans to be able to buy enough for Ukraine as they would need. Trump is doing all this to force Ukraine to surrender to Putin.
Ukraine IS a sovereign country. And russia is violating their sovereignty.
