      The guy says that his family comes from village called Zamość. It’s a town actually (population: 58 000), in south-east of Poland, famous for it’s renessance architecture.

      No, wer never were occupied by French. I wonder, maybe he is talking about Napoleon period?

      All the dishes look fabulous. The color of the chłodnik on the first shot – dreamy!
