Yes, and?
I mean technically these 4 are all in use still but have completely different contexts.
Aile is the straight up family.
Familya is for example used for plant or animal classifications.
Ev bark is a colloquial way of referring to a home and the people in it.
Hanedan is dynasty so you wouldn’t use it for say nuclear family unless being sarcastic
