This should be terrifying considering it marks a significant degradation of the oceans health caused by all of us. The oceans health directly affects everyone on this planet

Im not sure what we do at this point. The lag effect of increased CO2 is several decades. Even if we stopped burning fossil fuels entirely today, we are cooked… and I think its actually increasing.

I’m so fucking tired of uncharted territory, unforeseen times, once-in-a-generation events, and every other euphemism for how everything is fucked. I live in far north New England where we barely had winter last year and thus far we haven’t even hit below freezing in most areas around me for this season. It’s going to be nearly 60 tomorrow.
