    1. This should be terrifying considering it marks a significant degradation of the oceans health caused by all of us. The oceans health directly affects everyone on this planet

    2. Im not sure what we do at this point. The lag effect of increased CO2 is several  decades. Even if we stopped burning fossil fuels entirely today, we are cooked… and I think its actually increasing.

Gentlemen and Ladies. It has been a pleasure.

We have already lost over half of all coral reefs since the 70s. I’m tired.

Isn’t it amazing how we have totally f’ed up this planet? And it didn’t take us long either.

I’m so fucking tired of uncharted territory, unforeseen times, once-in-a-generation events, and every other euphemism for how everything is fucked. I live in far north New England where we barely had winter last year and thus far we haven’t even hit below freezing in most areas around me for this season. It’s going to be nearly 60 tomorrow.

    6. I’m reminded of that one Onion article “Scientists Politely Remind World That Clean Energy Technology Ready To Go Whenever”

And Trump is funding coal plants. If you voted for this POS, enjoy. You put a nail in your own coffin.

    8. Uncharted territory meaning we haven’t seen it before but scientists have charted it very well
