It’s a good thing we spent the last 17 years investing and building up our country-ah shit….
It’s cooled a bit today, but the price of gold has been at record breaking highs lately.
Classic recession indicator.
Good of Bailey to add to the constant doom mongering we hear…
Youth unemployment rising, wages not keeping pace with inflation, people cutting back on luxuries…it is looking like another once in a generation economic crisis is happening again.
You would think that with the hundreds of executives, bankers and traders who went to prison after the 2008 debacle, there would be more caution…..

Tempted to turn my stocks into cash, tbh.
I think we all sense something big will happen soon
I swear, another crisis on this scale, and society will straight up implode. I don’t think people can take another blow.
Whats weird is they’ve recently encouraged banks to relaxed lending rules no?
So the once in a lifetime financial crisis wasn’t once in a lifetime.
I turned 19 in 2008, never known a pre-crisis working world. What it must have been like to be able to actually have disposable income and not pay ~50% of your salary to rent…
