When people who hate Ukraine say Ukraine should give Russia land for peace just ask them if they’d give their own countries land to Russia for peace

Sounds brave, but what is the future for Ukrainians? Guaranteed death in a year or two? Fleeing to Europe, where another 8-10 million refugees already are?

“Zelenskyy insists Ukraine will not pull its forces out of Ukraine”.

Probably a good stance to take.

Ukraine already signed a piece deal with Russia. It is being violated. Why should they sign another, just so it can happen again?

Once again this is more than just giving land. You give that land and Putin goes again (as history has shown countless times) goodbye Kharkiv…

    8. No shit.

As if Ukraine was ever going to give up easily defensible towns like Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk and Sloviansk in exchange for…

These demands are actually brilliant piece of propaganda. First of all people start to discuss it in perspective of a false equation „giving up land = peace“ when there is **absolutely nothing that guarantees peace at all – nihil, null, nada**.

Even if you read **pro-ukrainian** comments *here* they are about „how dare russians demand land“ – this part already succeeded because it shifted the point of discussion from „what peace are we talking about at all, how will it happen and what guarantees russia won’t just continue the war?“ to the false narrative of trading land for peace.

The next step is to shift discussion from „giving up land“ to „ukraine needs to stop being stubborn“ which is happening all over the place, while the peace part is still complete and utter bullshit.

This is how quality set up propaganda wins even if on the surface it looses.

    10. We can’t (re)normalise imperial powers getting away with taking whatever they want.

    11. Why would Ukraine even think about giving up territory that Russia have failed to capture for 11 years?
