      This is not what the notwithstanding clause was designed for. This would be a very dumb thing to use here. The bike lanes are not that bad.

    2. that’s an interesting legal challenge. I don’t understand how that can work but it wouldn’t be the first thing I didn’t understand. Why are provincial governments getting involved in municipal matters in the first place? The people that vote in those areas decide if they want bike lanes.

      Ontario keep using the clause, no one give a shit. Québec does it and the RoC can’t shut up. Using the clause for a bike lane ffs
