Kinda, but no one says „neljännessuomalainen“
I would just rather say „one of my grandparents is a finn“
Technically correct, the best kind of correct, but not many people would say it like that.
”…neljäsosa suomalainen” is correct. Neljännessuomalainen is not proper finnish, but some might say that in spoken language
