Tell that to our government. Most of these buildings will be demolished soon.
Buildings like these are Baku. These have the charming, vibrant and passionate Azeri soul. Very colorful indeed. Neither Dubai-like rich but empty skyscrapers nor grey Soviet blocks. Sadly, Azerbaijani administration doesn’t seemingly think so.
İ am sorry to tell you that these buildings are to be demolished. Also, Kubinka is not a safe place anymore there are lot of drug addicts.

I lived until 1996 on Rasul-Rza Street, with the Same Balkon.
