You might find similar ones from Prisma, but definitely might find some really cheap ones from second hand stores. I find that a lot of second hand stores are filled with old drinking glasses. Especially Kierrätyskeskus.
Are you sure that is not a flower vase?
It looks like Kaleva beer glass, Ikea is notorious for copying Iittala’s products(most recently I saw Raami Pitcher copy in Ikea) so it might be a copy.
It’s a Pilsner Glass, good luck finding it.
