I hope the tourism is dead. I want to see what lies they will spin to try to make it seem like it’s super great.
Nobody wants to get harassed, detained or win a free one way trip to El Salvador.
As deportations expand, tourism will continue to drop. People here, especially people of color and of certain religions will be much less inclined to do domestic travel as well. Will a drivers license be enough to keep you out of jail in Florida?
His words won’t make tourists come here. This is one thing MAGATs aren’t going to be able to mental gymnastics away when their tourism dollars dry up.
