Really? Because they kept telling us that Trump would lower costs. They were quite obnoxious about it, actually.

    2. Well yeah. They did. They just didn’t know it would be them paying, because you know, they thought those cost would be paid by someone else. Lile China and blue states, and „the libs“ in general.

He loves the uneducated, after all, and they, in turn, worship him.

    3. Really? Because I saw a crap ton of signs that said “Kamala – High Prices; Trump – Low Prices” that were put out by either the campaign or one of its affiliated PACs. I mean all of the policies he talked about on the stump were obviously inflationary to anyone who passed high school economics classes, but he was certainly claiming he’d lower prices “on day one.”

Yeah, his supporters did. And the people that thought they were doing something by not voting.

    5. trump is right this time. I know he said he would lower prices, but that was after he proved himself to be a liar and said he would add tariffs to imports.

Everyone that was against trump knew prices would get higher and warned the public over and over again.

trump supporters ignored all warnings and voted for him anyway. They did in fact sign up for higher prices.

    6. When Trump said he was going to lower prices on day one his supporters understand that he was just kidding.

100%. I never like to agree with this guy but he was super clear about putting tarifgs on everything, pretty simple math from there. Some of them may have been too dumb to know what exactly they were signing up for.

And the dumb-ass Trump supporters who cried about the price of egg, whined about inflation under Biden, and stuck „Biden did that“ stickers on gas pumps, will say, „damn straight we signed up for higher prices.“ These are the same people who call liberals „sheeple.“

    11. It is almost like he could kill someone on 5th ave and his supporters would not care.

    12. They absolutely did. He straight up said he was going to impose tariffs on everyone.

I hate to agree with the piece of shit but anyone who actually read his insanity about tariffs and still voted for him absolutely signed up for higher costs.

They absolutely did, even Trump said there is going to be some „short-term pain“, which we all know is going to be worse than that.

      Still, everyone fucking warned them.

Then why did you throw a hissy fit when Amazon was going to show them exactly how much of a higher cost they signed up for?

Idk, how people voted for this clown, how?!

    19. As a Canadian it’s surreal on the outside looking in. They screamed that he’d lower their prices from the fucking rooftops, it’s why they elected him. Now they have to twist themselves into knots lying to themselves saying that, actually, they *wanted* to pay higher prices for things. Because *of course* that’s true and the rest of you are the stupid ones for wanting to pay lower prices.

When do the rest of us have to stop pretending that it’s anything other than a cult? A cult with zero positive or redeeming qualities.
