    1. The predominant thought in my mind lately is that this is all just so stupid. Look at this stupid idiot ruining everything. And somehow, he’s just doing it.

    2. I think the most dangerous thing about him is that he is shattering the illusion of the protection of democracy. It is becoming increasingly clear almost nothing in our society means anything anymore.

      * He’s a convicted felon that got off free.
      * He ignores court orders and nothing is done.
      * His administration is tearing apart our institutions and nothing is being done about it.
      * He is violating the constitution in multiple ways from obstructing the freedom of the press to ignoring due process.

I don’t see how we reasonably bounce back from this as a democracy. Even if the next president has the same ideology as FDR our constitution needs massive reforms.

I strongly believe that he does not have any voters who regret voting for him. The ones that willingly went out to the booths, did so with a grin on their face and hate in their hearts. What I do expect are the voters who sat this last election cycle out because they haven’t been taking politics seriously and hopefully they now know better. Those are the voters that I want to see out on the front lines in this resistance.

Jesus Christ. Everything he’s doing he said he would. How fucking dumb is this country?

That’s nice that the regret is starting to settle in. Just wish these idiots listened to us on Election Day so we could have avoided all this, but…

    6. I’m autistic. I have no social sense whatsoever. But even I could figure out 47 is well, evil.

Maybe RFK Jr. should redirect his priorities a little bit and figure out why about 150 million people (75M that voter for 47 and another 75M that didn’t vote at all) could not suss-out the evilness?

if you’re regretful but do nothing about it, you just want people to stop being mean to you or Trump to personally stop hurting you. But you don’t want things to change. You just want to vote for chaos and then be absolved of your choices and actions.

Everything hes doing is something he CAMPAIGNED on doing. People are truly idiotic.

If only there was a mechanism to remove a corrupt official. If only…..

    10. This tracks with my co-workers who didn’t know who or what a Kamala Harris was until a month or two before the election.

Most of the people in his past administration warned that he was dangerous and dictatorial. Plenty of warnings that were ignored.

    12. clueless_in_ny_or_nj on

Every person who warned people about this deserves an apology. Trump said what he was going to do. People were warned what he was going to do. Did people listen? Nooooooo (Read that No in your most sarcastic tone.)

Absolutely no information on what percentage of groups regret voting for him. That would be the most interesting data. My guess, is the number is pretty low because the MAGATs my not like what’s happening to them but their do dumb to regret that the votes for the asshole who is hurting them.

    14. God. Damn. He said he was going to do this, and when we pointed it out, they all said it was fake news. You can’t even make up this level of stupidity.

    15. He was talking about Arnold Palmers cock while campaigning. He’s a convicted sexual predator. What the fuck did you expect???

    16. SurfandStarWars on

Such a bullshit headline – – they don’t regret voting for him at all. Horseshit.

    17. MustangJeff on

Nobody that voted for Trump is self-aware enough to regret voting for him.

    18. I live in a rural small town and I promise you, the people that voted for him still don’t regret it and I regularly see Trump flags and MAGA hats everywhere I go. I don’t believe any of these headlines about polls. Maybe some place exists where this is true, but I definitely haven’t seen it where I am.

We told you so, over and over again. Stop with the shocked Pikachu face.

    20. Connect_Beginning_13 on

I just highly doubt this- I’m pretty sure he’s doing exactly what they wanted him to do.

    21. WolfJackson on

I also wonder if the moronic, performative righteousness crowd of „Genocide Joe“, „Dems need to EARN my vote“ also regret their decision?

    22. You get what you voted for. And those who didn’t vote and “regret it” are just as accountable. Not casting a vote was equivalent to voting for this. Suck it up buttercups because this is what your decision or lack there of has resulted in. You reap what you sow

    23. Do people believe these stupid clickbait articles? Have you ever talked to a Trump supporter? They’re happy as shit and regret nothing.

      Be real

    24. I voted for Harris enthusiastically even though I’m center-right. Why? When your choice is someone who I simply disagree with from time to time, or a senile convicted felon who fancied himself king, it’s really a simple choice

    25. GestureArtist on

Well isn’t that nice. Perhaps we can all laugh about it together in the gas chambers.

Fox News has brainwashed so many of our loved ones into thinking this is normal and good.

    28. jon_steward on

I actually had a trump supporter tell me he regrets his vote. I couldn’t fucking believe it. He’s been a trump supporter for years.

    29. utlayolisdi on

Trump said that if he was voted back into office that no one would have to vote again. Considering he’s moved into full banana republic dictator mode this comment from back then needs serious thought. I don’t think he’s ever planning to leave the white house. His intentions are obvious especially in light of him wanting the military to be police. I don’t know if we will last long enough to see the midterms. I fear boots will be on the ground before long.
