”Of course they’re entitled to due process” while actively trying to erase it behind the scenes.

Rubio’s public defense of due process rings hollow when the administration is pushing for deportations without a hearing under the Alien Enemies Act, even involving U.S. citizens.

It’s a pattern: strongman rhetoric on TV, quiet erosion of rights in court. This isn’t about safety. It’s about speed, skipping judges, skipping lawyers, and skipping accountability. And once precedent is set, it rarely stops with just one group.

Except of course when they want to deport you, then they don’t care. They deported 3 CHILDREN with CANCER who were FULL US CITIZENS. They said fuck those kids‘ due process. 3 American citizens.

They give NO FUCKS about our rights under the constitution.

    3. Little Marco is a ghoul. That said I don’t think he’ll last long at state, just a feeling.

Anyone else flashing back to JD Vance’s quote ”If you committed violence on (Jan 6), obviously you shouldn’t be pardoned” now?

Who is going to even continue operating planes to deport citizens en masse?

Actions definitely SCREAMING a lot louder than words, „Ruble“-o.

That’s not what your boss says buddy. One who you support to the point of getting orange lips.

Then prove it. Your round ups of people are not due process. Students being thrown out because you don’t like them. Hmm.

So why then are there so many lately that are not getting ‚due process‘? You need to get together with your Homeland Security, ICE and Border Control and get them to begin to be lawful (as that doesn’t seem to have been on the agenda for the entire Trump2 Administration.) Quite being a massive Yes-man and do the job you should be doing – for the American people, not Trump and MAGA.

He looks so defeated. Guarantee he has drafted his escape plan to escape the inevitable; guarantee it has been drafted with the assumption that he will be granted immunity with the condition that he no longer be involved in politics in any capacity. I am less concerned about the Rubio’s and more concerned about the Vought’s and Millers. At this time, and increasingly more in the future, it is worth contemplating the prisoners dilemma and how it will impact on the certain representatives decision making.

His parents were Cubans who began living in the United States in 1956 during the regime of Fulgencio Batista, two and a half years before Fidel Castro ascended to power after the Cuban Revolution . He’s a fucking hypocrite.

    12. Why don’t journalists push harder when someone makes statements that are contradictory to their own policies and actions?

He went on to say, “…and that is a problem we’re working to fix.”

    14. SnoozeDoggyDog on

Yet, you’ve already denied it to a bunch of people. And you’re continuing to do so.

    15. Then why are there US citizens not being given due process? Conservatives are such fucking liars.

    16. WillametteWanderer on

Did he get approval from his boss before he was allowed to say that?

Definitely worth it to read the whole article and watch the video on this one. Rubio is absolutely flailing in defense of the indefensible here.

“Of course … “ entitled to due process.

      But they weren’t!

      “They can come back…”

What arrogant ignorance of these specific situations.

“You guys act like ICE is kicking down doors…”

Yep, pretty much that’s what’s happening. I’ve seen video of them smashing car windows.

And he tries to suggest they’re keeping families together.

It’s despicable. Rubio is a villain.
