They are BBQ chili stars and I doubt they have them in the USA. They also give you little balls called Boni. The stars you can find them here:

It is not a “belgian snack”. It is just one of those very good free goodie chips/crunchies that they can buy in bulk at wholesale shops. Probably from Ranobo
