There’s private companies that do a way better job than NASA does, better give them the money. Make sure they’re under heavy surveillance though

Doesn’t the US Federal government have other organizations that cover Earth Science??? Other than Aeronautical science, Earth is the one body in this star system that NASA should probably not be concerned with.
It is this duplication of effort at tax payer expense that is the problem. NASA does not need to concern itself with Earth based weather when we have NOAA and others.
This is what happens when a government turns anti-science turning it into a belief. We are willingly yielding our #1 to China. All scientific research is being defunded and there’s zero willingness to fund higher education. By equating science with woke…Trump and MAGA sank the US for decades.

They are actively hunting science down in the US and defunding it or shutting it down entirely.
