1000 kWh per annum? No, that’s perfectly fine.
Square meters do not matter, you can put 20 washing machines into that apartment and use way more energy that way.
One person uses 1500kwh on average so you are good. You use way less
Normal, a bit beneath average.
Most predictions expect about 1200-1400 kWh per year, for a single Person.
TL/DR; perfectly fine
Why were the previous values so low? Was the unit vacant?
