„First they came for the children… But I did not care because they had brown skin…“

    2. Trump hates children because his own were still born. He didn’t want them, but they were still born.

How can anyone believe doing this sort of evil shit makes the USA a better country?

    4. “Doughty set a May 16 court hearing to investigate his “strong suspicion that the government just deported a U.S. citizen with no meaningful process.” The order did not call for the girl’s return or recommend any recourse for the family.”

So in three weeks we’re going to get together to kinda talk about it? Complete insanity. A useless timeline to try to help these kids.

ice is the American SchutzStaffel, their eventual Nuremberg trials will be interesting. „I was just following orders“ didn’t save them in 1946.

    6. This is in literal and direct violation of the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution if they were born in the US.

I know it is now a daily event that the Trump administration violates and breaks the foundational laws that define our country, and that they are truly the antithesis of what it means to be an American. They have earned what this country promises happens to criminals: due process, and life behind bars.

      This administration is illegitimate.

It could not be simpler and more straightforward, yet here we are.

So I want to ask any MAGA:
Why do you hate America? Why are so vehemently anti-American? How do you sleep at night, hating America as much as you do?

No, they weren’t “deported.” They are American citizens, so this is just “kidnapping” and “human trafficking.”

They did this kind of shit the first time!!! These are human fucking traffickers, what are we going to do about it!!

red states and conservatives have brought this country down so far, if we ever somehow get past this, there is no such thing as forgiveness. None of this high road shit either.

“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free”

Never been more ashamed to be an American.

    11. And not a single person in that chain handling the „deportation“ stopped and thought „oh fuck, these are literal children, we’re going to hell“??

    12. Honest question… Were the kids deported, or the parents deported, and the kids went with them?

This from the so-called “pro life “ and “family values” party. The Repugnant Republicans are nothing if not hypocrites!

And, supposedly they’re trying to come up with ways to get women to have more babies!!! Why on Earth would American women want to have more babies in the hateful cesspool that is tRump’s America .. I mean Gilead!

I guess nothing says family values like torturing babies and being ok with children being massacred in school.

    14. How can you deport a us citizen? Like technically? How does that even work?

    15. > One of them is a 4-year-old with Stage 4 cancer who was deported without medication or the ability to contact their doctors, the family’s lawyer said.

Well, that is about as evil as it gets.

    16. The semantics people are pulling in the comments. Fuck that shit

Don’t you all realize they are taking due process away? Every case is a test at this point, just to see what they can take from us.

      It might be you next.

    17. You can’t deport a citizen. The word you’re looking for is exile, banish, or in this case, traffic.

    18. „According to their lawyers, both families were taken into custody while attending routine check-ins this week in New Orleans as part of the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program, which allows individuals to remain in their communities while undergoing immigration proceedings. Lawyers say the families were taken to Alexandria, Louisiana, a three-hour drive from New Orleans, where they were prevented from communicating with their family members and legal representatives and then put on a flight to Honduras.

*One of them is a 4-year-old with Stage 4 cancer who was deported without medication or the ability to contact their doctors….“*.
