      This is where we are today: A Trump appointed judge. A two year old who is a US citizen. Nothing but a one minute phone call to the dad who is clearly legal in the US or they would have deported him too. The judge isn’t allowed to speak to the mom who has already been deported. Zero process here.

      The two year old was a member of MS-2. Had tattoos of Big Bird and Kermit on its knuckles.

      Seriously though, fuck these people. The only silver lining to this is that the toddler was deported with its mother, but the American father apparently had no say and of course there was no hearing so he judges only have the administration’s word which is trash.

Oh yeah, they said they were only doing this to hardened criminals so we should just be ok with this. It all makes sense in seeing a toddler get deported! /S
