Hallo Freunde. Ich bewege mich bald in einer neuen Wohnung, aber aus Liebe Gottes kann ich nicht verstehen, was dieser Teil des Mietvertrags sagt. Das einzige, was ich verstehe, ist ‚Tierhaltung ist nick erlaubt‘ ‚. Können Sie mir bitte helfen, den Rest zu verstehen? Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es das richtige Sub ist, aber ich werde mein Glück versuchen.

The tenant bears all costs after the end of the contract.

Some of this sounds quite „shady“ at least.
1. Im gesamten Haus ist das Rauchen verboten.
2. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
3. Bei Auszug trägt der Mieter sämtliche Kosten der Zwischen???
4. Der Mieter übergibt die Wohnung bei Auszug in gereinigten Zustand (inklusive Fenster, Türen, Sanitärobjekte etc)
„Im gesamten Haus ist das Rauchen verboten. Haustierhaltung ist nicht erlaubt. Bei Auszug trägt der Mieter alle Kosten des Zwischen…(can’t read rest of word but maybe it says Zwischenabwicklung). Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire house. Keeping pets is not allowed. Upon moving out, the tenant bears all costs of the interim processing (Zwischenabwicklung). The tenant shall return the apartment in a cleaned condition (including windows, doors, sanitary fixtures, etc.).“
Just to let u know:
Prohibiting smoking and pets isn’t allowed. So you are still able to sign contract and don’t have to care about it
– no smoking allowed in the whole house.
– no pets allowed.
– if u move out u have to pay for the interim reading
– and if u move out u leave the apartment cleaned,
Inlcluding windows, door. And I can’t read the last one I think it’s like the fridge and stuff if it’s in there

Not a lawyer, but I think it is hard to forbid smoking inside the appartment.
Also disallowing all pets is not allowed as far as I know.
I don’t know about the costs of interim readings (for the Nebenkostenabrechnung), that also might be hard to enforce.
So most of those additional remarks are probably not legally enforcable.
