      No. India will not extradite her until there is free and fair elections in Bangladesh. What you have right now is an administration put in place by a mob. They do not have any legitimacy until they prove it via ballot box through a democratic process in which all parties are allowed to participate.

      Until that happens, they can continue to send as many red notices against Hasina… India will just ignore them.
