      Is it really her house or flat?
      Maybe she lives in a „Gemeindewohnung“, than it is possible because the houses belongs the

      It may be true, but with caviats. If it’s true, it probably is, because of cultural heritage. So for it, to be true, you have to live in a really old house, and with all the problems that come with it. Also if true she just got really lucky. You definetly can’t demand this.

      It‘s true. That’s called Finanzausgleich meaning the transfer of tax money from the state, that collects them, to countries and villages

      If the village decides to invest in an historic center they might support the restoration of old houses
