    1. Fun fact: In the french languages, Georgia actually has its two names: Géorgie (Géorgie) and Kartvélie (Kartvelia) and even in the second one is nowadays very rare, it’s still technically co-official and used by elders.

    2. Would that imply that we force the US to rename their state too? If yes, I think it would be funny…

    3. It’s a stupid idea.

      Will you then also go and give everyone a grammar lesson, that it’s Sakartvelo and qartveli not sakartvelians?

      Will you include an explanation why there is no „u“ between q and a, something that germanic and romance languages requires?

      How will you handle languages that don’t even have a „qa“ sound, like Japanese?

      How will you handle it in the other ~7000 languages that are currently spoken in general?

      Every time you try an force something into a language that didn’t evolve naturally it turns into a mess.
