    Warten Sie jetzt 3 Tage auf ein Paket, um bei einer DHL -Packstation geliefert zu werden – ist es normal?


    Hallo Leute,

    Ich bestellte ein Paket, es kam jedoch an, als ich nicht zu Hause war. Jetzt habe ich diese Nachricht, "Weiterleitung an Packstation"Vor 3 Tagen, aber es wird immer noch nicht in einer Packstation geliefert. Ich habe dreimal mit der Service -Nummer angerufen und jedes Mal, wenn sie sagen "Es wird heute nach 7 Uhr abends eintreffen". Aber es tut nie … meine Frage: Ist es normal, 3 Tage (oder vielleicht noch mehr) zu warten, bis ein Paket bei einer Packstation geliefert wird?

      It’s not unheard of, yes.

      If you ordered something online, contact the shop. They are responsible that you receive your item.

      Once happened to an acquaintance. The zipcode turned out to be wrong, but DHL fixed it with the rest of the information (the street and house were correct).

      3 days is normal I’d say. A bit longer than usual but not unusual if that makes sense.

      Easter is coming up too, so it will probably take a lil time. Not to worry though.
