Why can’t we just have both languages? Why do we have to fight about it?
I live in Canada (reason for why I am not writing in romanian or russian) and here people have two official languages, English and French, and they are actively trying to maintain the bilingual status of the country. Why does Moldova have to keep fighting for so many years about which language is right to speak?
Moldova has been in control of russia for far longer than with the romanians, and along with that time russian and romanian emerged as the common languages and now you could say that 50% of the population still speaks both languages, so why not let it be and speak both languages.
Sure, there is the war that is happening which yes is tragic, but calling on trying to fight the russians and making them your #1 enemy will just get the country closer to getting ruined further. Just be peaceful and neutral gosh darn it.
Note: Much less than 50% of the population in Canada speaks french, matter of fact, most people in cities outside of Quebec barley speak french.

Important e să nu-i răspunzi NICIODATĂ nici măcar cu acel mic што. Cel mai corect sună așa: vorbește bă domnule tovarăș limba țării unde locuiești. Sau nu-ți mai răspund. Nu ști limba noastră,marș la limba voastră pe front direct.
