Not sure what the 104 means. But Grösse = size. Looks like a children size. 12 is for the age and 152 is the body size in cm.

I don’t know. Considering that that would be Bundweite and the abreviation Bd.W. (which I guess is Bundweite) is there, but the field is empty I tend to no. Can’t you ask the seller for the waist size?
Also this thing looks old … like at least 30-40years old if not older.
