I’m guessing the obesity epidemic will only get worse. Soon there will be even more American take out chains ruining our country.
The main issue for Malta would be buying golden passports, I don’t think general immigration from USA will be an issue due to low wages and work/residence requirements. Unless I’m mistaken US citizens are just TCN in Malta, no special privileges, so it will come as a shock to some that they can’t just move and work here.
You already have them, asking how easy to get a job on non existent qualifications in EU or about wheelchair friendly towns (🤣😂🥲😥). These are on the poor side of middle class as the gold passport ones are paying legal advisors to do the work for them (not to mention they are interested in living at Lake Como on a Maltese passport and not to settle here)
I feel sorry for the time they waste to realise reality is so bad (week holiday versus making a living)
