What would make this perfect was if the departure country of origin was also Finland

I got a parcel that left the country of origin on the 4/4 and ready for pick-up the 14/4. So far Posti has always delivered for me.

Did you order outside EU? Currently there’s a problem with those parcels.

Considering the news articles of multiple packages stuck at customs… I’d contact them to ask about it, that way they have to react at least.

I heard something about Tulli and Posti having issues exchanging package information, and as a result Tulli cant process the imported packages. Cant confirm though, source is hearsay from a coworker.
