Why is your CV in English if you’re looking for a job in Germany?

Make the CV in German. Also showcase important projects skills and knowledge acquired during studies.

Your CV looks fine to me. It’s just that you did your masters in private uni and you don’t speak German good enough to be PM in German language. Cause even if you will have English speaking developers you might work with business that prefers to speak in German.

What kind of Jobs you are looking for?
The explanations of tasks don’t really work the same way in Germany as they do in India. E.g. the 5% efficiency increase stuff just reads like active bullshitting to germans. It is a useless metric without way more info. Just keep the Optimization of ressource allocation as that bullet point at max. Same for the others.
Order the Skills differnently. This just looks like you try to fill the page. Also MS 365 knwoledge in Power BI, Excel or Powerpoint, but no Word?
GISMA is potentially also a red flag for some people hiring. You’d need to frame it why you needed to use a run-of-the-mill private uni. You should also give information about what you studied. E.g. your focus, your best graded courses, etc.
