Kompot
I’m not Azerbaijani but this’s homemade fruit juice but idk what it’s called
Meyvə şirəsi
kompot
People boil water with fruits and HUGE amount of sugar, then drink it cold. It called kompot here, it is probably russian word, I don’t want what we called it in azerbajani before.
Şerbet or Hoşaf?
I cannot see the fruits clearly. But could be cherry or red plum compote
True, it’s „kompot“
we call it „kompot“, simply boil fruits in water with some water (around ~half cup of sugar per liter of water). you can make it with any fruit you want, or some mix. it’s tasty in any way. some people even make it with basil or rose petals.
