Ich weiß nicht, warum dies in den Medien nicht mehr Wellen gemacht hat. Dies ist ein Hack -Job und hatte diesen Teil des Waldes vollständig zerstört. (Ich nehme es persönlich, da ich diese Wege so sehr geliebt habe).

Hverjum hefði dottið í hug að ryðja þriðjungi samfellds skóglendis í burtu myndi vera fokking ömurlegt?

Such a bullshit thing to do
I have seen comments of people saying it’s for the air ambulance, my response as a 105 resident beside both Öskuhlið and Nauthólsvík:
– I walk the forest daily
– I see many planes who have a landing path over the forest, most of which are small planes.
– I have never seen an Icelandair plane either take off over land from over Öskjuhlíð
– I have never seen search & rescue / air ambulance delay or struggle to land from the base.
