Ich abonniere Vodafone Cable Internet Start ab heute. Als ich mich zum ersten Mal angeschlossen hatte, funktionierte es einwandfrei, es zeigte SSID auf meinem Telefon für die Verbindung, aber Nachworte werden alle Lichter solide. Internet, Telefon – Rot, WiFi, WPS, Strom – weiß. Aber selbst nachdem WLAN weiß ist, wird kein SSID auf meinem Telefon oder Laptop angezeigt. Ich habe auch versucht, Lan Cabke zu verbinden, aber nichts funktioniert. Auch der Vodafone Phone Support spricht kein Englisch, er hat mich gebeten, morgen anzurufen. Ich bin total hilflos. Bitte hilf mir. Dank im Voraus

Insert the SSID manually.
There is a sticker on the back of the Router with the SSID and the Password.
The router is trying to connect via wps. Switch it off manually and then you should see the ssid on your devices.
There is a small hole behind the router. Press and hold it using a tootpick to reset it. It should do the trick.
Disconnect router from power supply or pull out power supply from power outlet for 20+ seconds.
Plug everything back in, do not press anything on the front of the box.
After a few minutes or so you should have everything lit up except for WPS
This happened to me too, had to call Vodafone, a technician was assigned and fix something on the line itself, nothing to do with the router.
Did you wait for couple of hours? When connected for the first time, it takes some time for activation.
Get rid of this router and get the FRITZ!Box it is way better though its 5e more per month 🙁
The router is shit. I had the same for years, only problems, got replaced multiple times.
Invest in a fritzbox for 100€ on kleinanzeigen and never have problems again
vodafone routers suck. get a fritzbox instead.
If this is your first day with cable internet, just don’t touch the router. It will be unstable, and frequently rebooting because its installing lots of updates.
After a few hours of the router being connected, you can simply do a factory reset, and then sign in again.
Best practice would be to use the vodafone box as a modem only, and use your own wifi router for your network.
