      The picture doesn’t „say all“.

      This is getting sold as land, since the building is destined to be destroyed. According to the PAG, this big central-Esch parcel can be converted into a huge residential building or even offices.

      I’m not sure how financially worthwhile the whole project is, and can’t be bothered to calculate the potential margin on this one, but the fact is that this is geared towards property developers.

      It seems to be 300m2 of existing floor space, in an area ready to turn into apartments or offices. Someone’s going to put 6 or 8 apartments there and make a reasonable profit.

      This is at Place Antoine Krier. It is indeed right next to the train station but is the square footage still worth 3M? I thought the place would be at least twice the size for that price.
