Kråkli is a cabin belonging to a student organization at the old NTH, modern NTNU, the university in Trondheim.
It could be Kråklioppholdet = the stay at Kråkli

Its a thank you note from someone I’m guessing borrowed someone’s cabin and possibly messed up a cake, but then fixed it with candies.
There are several places called Kråkli, so difficult to pinput exactly where this specific cabin is.
